The Artful Stampers Challenge #58

Hello again and welcome from Annette’s blog.

Another colour challenge this week and whilst I only own two of them (Mint Macaron and Lost Lagoon), I managed to beg, borrow, but not steal, the two pink’s (Blushing Bride and Pink Pirouette) from my mum, with her permission of course.

With a colour palette like this, you can really only do a female card of some description (I may like doing male cards but even I was stumped here).  But I wasn’t really in need of anything female related at the moment (lots of males around here!), so I decided to add to my on-hand gift stash instead.  It’s not a card – but still very pretty!

Inspired by the many card boxes abound on Pinterest!  However, I couldn’t find one small enough to hold just a few 3×3 minis, so I designed a small 1/2 inch deep, pizza style box, which holds 4 mini 3×3 cards (with dimensionals) and their envelopes just beautifully.  What do you think?

Supplies used:

Stamps: Garden In Bloom, Teeny Tiny Sentiments, Lotus Blossum (retired)

Card and Paper: Mint Macaron, Whisper White, Mini Square Envelopes

Ink: Mint Macaron, Lost Lagoon, Blushing Bride, Pink Pirouette

Accessories: Word Window Punch, Modern Label Punch (retired), Lost Lagoon Thick Bakers Twine (retired), Basic Pearls

Keep hopping along, Alison is waiting for you.

Great idea. I haven’t cracked open the Garden Bloom stamp set yet, but I think you have just inspired me. 😏

You should, I’ve used it quite a bit now and I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy it at all! 🙂
