More Pigment Sprinkles

Hey there,

So, as you know I’ve been playing a lot with the Pigment Sprinkles lately and I am loving discovering all of the different things that they can do.

Yesterday I showed you how just sprinkling them around and spritzing with water makes for a great background. Today, I want to show you that if you are particular in where you sprinkle the different colour pigments, you can actually create a specific colour pattern. Like this…

I stamped and heat embossed some watercolour paper with Dandelion Wishes and then purposely sprinkled the Daffodil Delight sprinkles only on the dandelion heads. Then, I used a light sprinkle of Bermuda Bay in the upper area and Granny Apple Green down the bottom. You can see that it kinda gives a sense of the sky and grass – creating a beautiful landscape.

However, if you look closely at the dandelions, you will be able to see that I had some issues with my silver embossing powder. My card is not perfect, but it still works and looks beautiful.

Here, I’ve used a sympathy sentiment from a retired set called Lasting Lily, but you could change it up and use any sentiment you’d like. This would look equally beautiful for a birthday card, thank you or just because card.
